This 3-unit apartment building in Portland ME had three independent heating and hot water systems with two nearing the end of their life. A combi (Combination boiler) allowed us to replace both the water heaters, and old sectional boilers with one high efficiency system per unit. At 95% AFU efficiency, these boilers will reduce the yearly operating costs and add a little modern tech to the classic Maine basement
